When the product, or it’s critical functionality don’t work at all, situation is very urgent from your perspective, and every minute counts.

That’s why apart from reporting the failure by email, you can also speed it up by calling us at:

Above forms of contact can be also used, when you want to share with us some important information in course of resolving the failure.

How to reproduce it?

Write down the list of steps, which will allow us to reproduce situation you write about.

On which site you are? What are you clicking? Which fields are you filling and with what?

Tell us about your browser. Which browser do you use? Have you check it in a private mode? What about other browsers, is it working?

Is there any real example that we can see for better understanding the problem?

Please send us links to places, where issue can be seen. If it’s possible, send us screenshots, presenting the whole window/screen context.

Why is it important?

Describe why do you think that this problem is important, how urgent it is.

If this problem is a blocker for you, say it loud and clearly.

If it’s not, please do not try to set higher priority - if this can wait, maybe it should, because there can be another, much important service call to solve.
